Maybe I'm going about it the wrong way, but if I was on the other side of all these hoops, I'd look at the MSPE to get to know the person. I'm not sure if that's what I'm supposed to do? If so, I'm probs screwed. distant I wouldn't really know anything about this person besides some school achievements.
